CNC machining capabilities
Vanéflon operates a fully equipped, automated machining facility with the following capabilities:
- Customisation in sizes and shapes from 0.3mm to 1200mm with extreme tolerances down to 5 μm
- Over 35 state-of-the-art high-precision CNC lathes and milling machines with 4 and 5 axes
- High degree of flexibility, from small series and prototypes to large series of thousands of pieces
- Broad experience allowing for support in material selection, design optimisations as well as end application knowledge
- Full traceability due to in-house semi-finished material production in all desired materials
- High quality with excellent finish and burr control and offering of certificates and measurement report at individual part level
Materials
Machined parts can be produced in all fluoropolymers such as PTFE and all its compounds, modified PTFE, PCTFE, PFA, FEP and ETFE, as well as other high-performance engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM, PET and more.
Thanks to our internal production of semi-finished materials, we can offer full traceability from powder to finished part.
