Founded in 1976 in Hamme (Belgium), Vanéflon has built up a strong reputation as a reliable supplier for high performance plastics and engineering polymer parts and materials.
Due to extensive knowhow, Vanéflon can advise you on which materials are best suited to your applications to provide cost effective products with a consistently high quality.
Our history
Gilbert Vanhee, a specialist in high performance plastics with a strong focus on Fluoropolymers, founded Vanéflon in 1976. He wanted to provide customers with the perfect product for their applications. The attention to the needs of the customer is still one of the driving forces within Vanéflon today.
As the company had a strong focus on customer service and quality it was able to rapidly and constantly grow through partnerships with loyal customers. As such, the company expanded regularly on site (located right in the industrial heart of Flanders). In 2025 the company will add another capacity expansion with a new construction on site.
Since 2021, the company is managed by Nicolas Vander Stichele. Together with a loyal, skilled and experienced team of about 45 employees Vanéflon’s focus remains on providing high performance plastics and engineering polymers parts and materials to customers in all types of industries.

Sustainability efforts
At Vanéflon we believe strongly believe that it’s everyone’s responsibility to make a better world. By finding solutions in efficient light weight materials we are at the forefront of making industries greener and more sustainable. On top we are actively cooperating in several concrete initiatives linked to the Green Deal (e.g. providing parts for H2 industry).
But we also want to lead by example. We continue to innovate and to invest in technology to lower our own carbon footprint. As such we are constantly upgrading our oven capacity to more efficient and better monitored sintering ovens, reusing heat from production for heating our buildings and investing in solar panels.
